The Mission Circuit Grooming Buildings
GROOMING BUILDINGS & AREAS
Reserved Grooming Area (Spaces are limited - send early).
There will be two (2) air-conditioned Grooming Buildings with electricity available on a reserved basis. Owners and/or handlers are responsible for their dogs left in the buildings. The Mission Circuit clubs, club members or Fairplex assume no responsibility for dogs unattended or left in the buildings. Failure to follow posted rules or club member’s instructions may result in discipline by the Bench Show Committee.
All X-pens in building must have plastic sheeting under them with sawdust, mats or paper on top of the plastic. Plastic must come up approximately 18” on the backs and sides of exercise pens. Cocker and Toy pens must also have plastic under them for cleanliness. Do not throw dirty water into trash barrels - bring a container for this. The grooming buildings will be checked each night for cleanliness. Dirty areas will suffer the possibility of discipline by the Bench Show Committee.
·One (1) check and form per space or person. Request to set ups next to each other must be mailed in the same envelope (No acceptations). Each space request MUST be on a separate form and a separate check. All attempts to accommodate requests but with No guarantees.
·Reserved setup will start Thursday after 6 am; however, “your” space will be reserved for your arrival on any day of the cluster. Dogs are not allowed overnight on Wednesday.
·Access to electrical plugs and water is not exclusive and is not reserved.
·Some spaces may be irregular due to pillars.
·Reserved space will be strictly enforced. REMEMBER TO BRING A BROOM.
·Night access to the buildings is provided by Fairplex Security.
Day Grooming Areas:
THE SHOW COMMITTEE WILL MARK ALL CRATING SPACE. Only approved grooming space may be used. It may deem necessary for consolidating space in non-reserved spaces on a case by case basis at clubs discretion. Each exhibitor is responsible for cleaning his set up each day. ROPING OFF OF OTHERWISE UNUSED CRATING SPACE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Although reservations are recommended, free grooming areas is available. Please bring your own shade. Spaces are limited - arrive early.
Main Show Building
NO CRATES, DOLLIES OR TABLES WILL BE ALLOWED AT RINGSIDE. AISLES MUST BE KEPT CLEAR. The Show Committee will designate holding areas near the rings for exhibitors to put crates and tables while they are showing. SCISSORING DOGS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE MAIN BUILDING. VIOLATORS ARE SUBJECT TO DISIPLINE BY THE BENCH SHOW COMMITTEE.
Dog bathing facilities will be provided in designated areas. Bathing of dogs in any other area is strictly prohibited.
Reservations must be received no later than Close of Entries, May 6, 2012. Monies will not be refunded and reservations cannot be changed after closing.

Grooming buildings will be open at 6:00 am on Thursday. No access on Wednesday.
The show building will be open at 7:00 am on Thursday for Specialties.
Each 10’ x 10’ spot = $55. (i.e. 10 x 20 = $110; 10 x 30 = $165, etc.)
